很多人好奇，古人怎么度過這炎炎夏日，他們只有“心靜自然涼”嗎？那可不止。在宋朝，人們就發明了“冰盆冷飲”——把冰塊堆成小山，旁邊擺著荔枝、楊梅，這排面可夠高級。
再看看當代人，不僅有“夏日續命神器”——空調+西瓜的完美組合，還有不少新奇玩法，頂著烈日去漂流，把藿香正氣水調成雞尾酒，真是一個比一個更會玩。
民間有句諺語，“小暑大暑，上蒸下煮”，古人的避暑智慧穿越千年，今人的消夏“腦洞”突破天際。我們心守清涼，方能笑對三伏酷暑。

Quite luxurious, don’t you think?
These days, people don’t just rely on the basic “summer lifesavers” — air conditioning and watermelon. They’re also coming up with all kinds of creative ways to stay cool — some go rafting under the scorching sun, while others turn herbal tonics like Huoxiang Zhengqi into cocktails. People are getting more and more creative with how they stay cool.
There’s an old saying: “Minor Heat and Major Heat — it’s steaming from top to bottom. ” The wisdom of staying cool has lasted for centuries, and today’s innovations keep pushing the limits. If you keep a cool mind, you can handle even the hottest days of summer with ease.
